FEBRUARY 16, 2024
From February 14th to 16th, the volunteer faculty of the Orlando campus of Olivet Theological College & Seminary (OTCS) attended the 77th Annual Meeting of the Association For Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). Through attending this annual meeting, OTCS Orlando campus was able to gain valuable insight and learn many things. During the three-day, two-night schedule, the director participated in a total of four informative workshops and plenary meetings on the biblical operation of the school and the leadership equipment for administration and students.
“I am grateful that by the grace of God, I was able to learn and experience a lot by attending an event at an important organization that can be called the umbrella of Christian education. I could feel that the atmosphere was gracious and full of warmth and brightness. I hope to obtain a greater wisdom and more insight, so that I could contribute to the development of the Orlando campus as well,” the volunteer faculty shared.
Through fellowship and conversation with various Christian educational figures attending from various regions, OTCS Orlando campus gained a lot of stimulation and passion seeing so many people dedicate themselves and working hard to actively achieve the Kingdom of God in all areas of the earth. In the midst of this, our school held on to biblical values so clearly and vividly, to absolute loyalty to Christ, who is the truth, and to a passionate vision for the Kingdom of God. Our school can be said to be a great hope of God in this world and history.
“It was a time of earnest prayer for all of us to fulfill our mission of biblical education, nurturing leadership resembling Christ, and for these important educational institutions to diligently uphold and fulfill their significant commission. Once again, with gratitude, I earnestly hope to serve our school diligently.”
